Justine Albers

Biography

A Long Beach, CA native, Justine was happy to be on the west coast again after 4 years back east in Pennsylvania, where she received her bachelor's degree in Biology from Swarthmore College in 2017. She previously studied host-parasite interactions in a conservation biology lab at Swarthmore. In the Santoro lab, she focused on microbial ecology and biogeochemistry in her favorite ecosystem- the ocean!
